Exhibitor Information

The Exhibits Committee of the TCTWS would like to extend an invitation to companies, agencies, organizations and individuals interested in reserving exhibit space at the TCTWS annual meeting. The TCTWS is the largest TWS Chapter in the United States with average attendance of 500+ members.  The Exhibit Space options are designed to allow flexibility with respect to size, location, electricity, and price. Discounted rates are also available for Government Agencies and Non-Profit Organizations.

A list of Exhibitors with company/product description and booth location will be provided to all attendees and posted on the TCTWS Annual Meeting website.

All booths come with 1 complimentary meeting registration; Additional exhibitor meeting registration is $50 per person (up to 4 additional people)
